How to add a new card?
Adding a new card to your StubHub International profile is simple! Follow these steps:
- Login into your StubHub International profile
- Go to 'Payments' and 'Payment methods' tab
- Tap on 'Add a new payment method'
- Complete the required fields: card number, expiry month, expiry year, CVV
- Tap on 'Continue' to save the information
Can't add the card?
If you're having trouble adding your card, try the following:
- Ensure the billing address matches what your bank has on file, especially if you've recently moved.
- Double-check the CVV and ensure the expiration date is still valid.
- Include a middle initial if required.
- Avoid using prepaid cards.
- If issues persist, call the number on the back of your card for assistance.
How to update an existing card?
- Go to 'Payments' and 'Payment methods' tab
- Click the pencil icon next to the card you want to modify
- Fill in the required fields: expiry month, expiry year, CVV
- Click 'Continue' to save the changes
Note: You can only update the expiration date and CVV. If you entered the card number incorrectly, follow the steps to add a new card.
How to delete an existing card?
For security reasons, you cannot remove your payment information directly. Please contact us to request the deletion of a credit or debit card from your account.
