Forgot your password or just want to update it? No worries — it's a simple process. Keeping your password secure is essential to protecting your account and your tickets.

I know my current password and want to change it

If you remember your password and want to update it from a desktop:

  1. Go to your Profile and in the Account Info section, click on Change password
  2. Enter your current password. 
  3. Type in a new one folloring our security tips (below).
  4. Click Update password to save your changes. 


I forgot my password

Important: Don’t try to log in more than three times with the wrong password — your account may be temporarily locked.


To reset your password from a browser or mobile app:

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your StubHub International account.
  3. Check your email and follow the instructions on the email. 


I didn’t receive the password reset email

If you didn’t get the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.
  • Did you register with Facebook? Check the email linked to your Facebook account.


Tips for creating a secure password

Your password is the first line of defense for your account. Make sure it’s strong and unique.


Password requirements:

  • Must not be your email address.
  • Must be between 8 and 20 characters long.
  • Use a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and/or special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $).


Avoid using:

  • Your name or date of birth.
  • Common passwords like “password” or “123456”.
  • Passwords you’ve used on other websites.
  • Your registered email address.
