Have you bought tickets for one of the matches played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium? If so, we recommend you to read this article to understand how you will receive your tickets and how to use them on match day.


When will I receive?

Please note that due to sport event, the tickets will be issued by the promoter/organizer very close to the event, sometimes, as close as 24 hours before the event.

How do I receive? 

There are different delivery options for this event:


 You can identify your ticket type in the following ways:

  • During the checkout you will be able to see this information
  • In the confirmation email you receive once the order is confirmed
  • From your Profile > "Orders" > "Current" tab


Knowing the format that corresponds to you, below you will explain the details on how to receive the tickets. 



Mobile Ticket 

It's a digital ticket that you will need you show from your smartphone. So you must follow these steps from the same mobile.


When the tickets are delivered... 

  1. You will receive an email with the link(s) of the ticket(s) bought – It is a URL per guest, however, you will find a link for Android and another for iOS.
  2. Tap on "Add to Apple Wallet" or "G Pay - Save to Phone" in case you have an iOS or Android mobile phone.
    • If your mobile is Android, you will need to have "Passwallet" installed or other similar apps (like WalletPasses, Pass2U Wallet...). 
      1. On the Download app, tap on the  ⠇ icon,  click on "Share" and choose the Wallet app (if you don't have it, below we recommend you some apps to use). 
      2. Click on Accept to save the tickets in your Wallet app. 
    • If your mobile is iPhone, you will not need to download an external application. 
      1. After pressing "Add to Apple Wallet", a pop-up will open with the entry – If you can't open the link from the email, we recommend copying and opening it directly in Safari, then saving it to your AppleWallet.   
      2. Cick "Next" and an "Automatic Selection" screen will appear. Don't touch! Just tap "Done" to save them in Wallet. 
  3. Open the Wallet app and you will be able to view the tickets. 


On the event day... 

Remember, you are responsible for bringing your ticket to the venue on your smartphone. Image, PDF files or printed tickets will not be valid.


To access the stadium, just open the Wallet app, select the ticket(s) and scan at the gate... Enjoy the match!


Mobile Transfer

Tickets will be Mobile Delivery and you won't be able to see from your StubHub International account. Instead, the seller will transfer them to your Tottenham account, but to do this, you need to complete a few steps first.


Registration

  1. Access the Tottenham Hotspur website.
  2. Click on the "Sign in / Register" button. 
    • If you already are an Tottenham Hotspur member, just complete the fields of the "Sign in" section with your credentials and at latest, tap on "Submit". 
    • If you are new, simply click on "Register" and complete the fields.  – Make sure you create with the same email address and first name and surname you have in your StubHub International profile. How to review that? That's easy! Login into your StubHub International account, go to Profile. On the ACCOUNT INFO section, you can check the information we provided to your seller. 
  3. Provide us your contact details in the Tottenham Hotspur profile to share with your seller. They will need first name, last name, email address and the Client Reference Number (You can see your CRN in the account email confirmation or while login into your Tottenham profile)
  4. The seller will transfer the tickets to your CRN.  


Receiving your tickets

Once your tickets are ready, you will receive two emails:

  • From StubHub International to inform that your order has been completed
  • From the original ticket provider (Tottenham Hotspur) asking you to accept the transfer. And then, you will receive another email notification for the Club with the tickets you must download in your smartphone.


Can't find the emails? Check your SPAM folder as well to ensure you do not miss any correspondence. Then, follow the steps indicated in the email to get your tickets.


Access your tickets

  1. Tap on "Add to Apple Wallet" or "G Pay - Save to Phone" in case you have an iOS or Android mobile phone.

  2. Open the Wallet app and you will be able to view the tickets.


Don't print it

Remember that the ticket is digital, so you only need to scan from your mobile device. Therefore, please ensure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. This way, you'll avoid any last-minute hiccups and can enjoy your experience to the fullest!



Paper 

Make sure you provide a valid and correct delivery address. To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend providing an address in London. It can be a home, an office, an hotel... If you need to change it, you can read the steps here. 


Once the seller deliver, you will receive an email with the delivery details (as courier, tracking number, maybe estimated delivery date...)
