In this article, we’ll guide you through some common troubleshooting steps to help you access your Mobile Transfer tickets.

First, remember that once the tickets are transferred, you'll receive an email from the original ticket provider or the seller. This email will either contain the ticket files or provide links to access them through an external app.

Can't find this email?

Here are some steps to help you locate it:

  • Check all your email inboxes, including spam or trash folders.
  • Look for emails from ticket providers like Ticketmaster, AXS, The O2, Wimbledon, the club (e.g., Liverpool), etc.
  • Try searching for the event name.
  • Your purchase reference may not appear as expected. Instead, look for a 9-digit numeric code starting with the number 2.

Once you find the email, follow the instructions inside to access your tickets.

Using Apple ID?

If you registered using your Apple ID and chose to hide your real email, your account might have been assigned a generated email address ending in @privaterelay.apple.id. While you’ll still receive communications from us, there’s a chance your mobile transfer email won’t reach you properly, as some important emails may not get delivered to this address.

How to fix this:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Under ACCOUNT INFO, click on "Edit account info".
  4. Change your email address to a real, personal one (not ending in @privaterelay.apple.id).
  5. Click "Save" – your session will automatically log out.
  6. Log back in using your newly registered email address.
